Our holiday house lies approximately in the centre of the bay above a small gravel beach (please see additional holiday house pictures as well as gravel beach pictures).

Between the beach and the holiday house runs the connecting road (Magistrale) from Split to Dubrovnik, which is different frequented depending of the season. For noise-sensitive guests, we have sound-proof windows in each of our apartments. To get to the beach you have to across the road. Small children must be supervised when they want to cross the street to the beach. For more information please ask by us.

Our holiday house, the bay and the connecting road (Magistrale)

The distance to the centre of the village (exactly opposite our holiday house on the other side of the bay of Zaton) amounts to about 2.5 km by road or about 500 m across the to water. In the centre you can find a bank as well as a post office.

The holiday house offers five differently large apartments with nearly the same furnishings.
Each apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bath and terrace and has it's own, a separate entrance.
All apartments have sea-view terraces (please see additional pictures view of the bay).
Before the building are the parking lots for up to 6 cars.
Next to a barbeque place is a half opened hall for informal hours.

Interior furnishement of the apartments:

Bedroom: double bed, large wardrobe, small night box with lamps, sheets, covers, parquet and carpet
Kitchen: stove, refrigerator (mini bar), kitchen cabinets, table, chairs, table-ware, tiles
Bath: shower, wash basin, mirror (apartment 4 has a bath tub)
Terrace: tables, chairs, sun screen.

Naturally, each apartment is equipped with central heating.
All apartments have air conditioning and sound-proof windows.
Apartments No 4 and 5 are equipped with SAT-TV.
